Our team will take 100% full responsibility if:
- Your item is damaged upon delivery
- You’ve received the wrong product
- Over 3 months delay in shipping (Note: EXCEPT cases that are affected by COVID-19, since it slows down every delivery)
You can ask for a new product or a refund if the things listed above applies to you. We will cover all the expenses including shipping.
We will not exchange or refund if:
